About me

My name is Davide Zamboni and I was born and raised in a small town near Bologna in Italy. I have been a professional Chef for the last 10 years, but my passion for photography started much earlier. I initially cultivated this privately as a hobby buying my first camera when I was 12 years old. 

 

What I love about cooking and photography is the creative process that takes the initial ingredients or elements to the final result. And that final result creates an indelible memory.

 

With my work, I aim to create a memory of a moment, an event, a dish, a person, to “snap it frozen”, so it can be relived time and time again.
